Six principles form the foundation of the Pilates method –  Breath, Concentration, Center, Control, Precision and Flow. This is how it is developed by the founder Joseph Pilates.

Together, these principles guide the practice, promoting a balanced body and mind. Understanding how to apply these principles in your pilates practice is the best way to maximize the benefits.

These fundamental principles relate to body awareness and proper alignment to ensure safe and effective exercise and will be covered in detail during the workshop.

Expect to sweat as well as learn. Work smarter, not harder.
