In this 4-week breathwork course, you will explore a wide range of breathing practices — from deeply relaxing and restorative techniques to more energizing, intense breathwork methods. Each session is designed to shift your state of consciousness, and leave you feeling grounded, clear, and revitalized. Over four immersive sessions, you will learn how to use your breath as a tool to regulate your nervous system, improve everyday breathing, and shift your mental and physical state when needed.

Course structure:

Throughout the course, you will experience different breathing styles — from gentle, restorative practices to powerful, transformative breathwork — giving you a broad toolkit you can use in daily life.

Session 1: Functional Breathing → Improve your everyday breathing and build a strong foundation.

Session 2: Relaxation Tools – Calm → Activate the parasympathetic nervous system and reduce stress.
Session 3: Nervous System Regulation – Balance → Learn how to regulate and stabilise your inner state.
Session 4: Energising Breathwork Techniques → Boost energy, focus, and mental clarity.
Every session ends with a deep breathwork session guided by Sandra.

About the instructor:
Sandra Abdul Karim is a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. She has trained, met, and worked alongside leading breathwork experts such as Wim Hof and James Nestor. She is a certified Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor and Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor, combining modern breath science with embodied practice. Sandra guides the course in English.
